All Sales are made in accordance with the 1979 Sale of Goods Act 1979 cannot be taken away or reduced and this is something that has to be taken into consideration upon final sale. It is fair to say that when you have bought a used car, you must consider its age, the price you paid, the description that was applied to it and anything else which is relevant when deciding whether it is of satisfactory quality. Your expectations should be different when you are buying a low mileage, two-year-old car than when you are buying a high mileage, ten-year-old one, for example. I personally do not sell 'new' cars as the majority of my cars are around the 10 year old mark (give or take a few years). Thus it is essential to consider and agree upon matters prior to final sale completion (both signed prior to end of sale) that the car is:

fit to be used on the road;

in a condition which reflects its age and price; and

reasonably reliable

I can provide infomation for warranties but I do not provide them myself - but I can give infomation that provides warranties that are cost effective than larger automotive multiples - and I can provide this on request. A very simple and excellent method is via: http://www.warrantywise.co.uk/ww.sys/aboutus and this can be done very quickly via my own facilities or in the privacy of your own home where more time and consideration can be taken. Either way, this is an excellent facility - that is much cheaper than the options that larger multiple main dealers provide! My methods enable me to keep my prices down whilst also being able to provide very much a one-to-one 'near private auto sale' experience.
